Aloha and welcome to DA Chili Oil. I Started Making DaChiliOil 2 years ago, I wanted a healthier alternative to the chili oil they give you in Chinese restaurants, which I loved but knew that vegetable oil is such an unhealthy oil. So I played around with organic coconut oil till I found the right combination of chilies, both sweet and spicy, garlic, and a hint of fine Hawaiian Sea Salt to give a flavored oil unlike any other. Once I started making it I noticed everyone who came to eat at my house would see me using it on everything and ask to try. Once they tried it they were amazed that I made it and that it wasnt store bought. People always asked me if I could make it for them and they would buy it. So here we are today!
